Job Title: Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant
Location: Edinburgh (Flexible Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Position Overview:
As a Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant, you will help clients design, implement, and optimize their digital workplaces using Microsoft 365 tools. This role involves high-level technical consulting, support, and solution development for both internal and external projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities for Microsoft Modern Work solutions.
* Design and develop solutions using Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online).
* Configure and implement Microsoft Modern Work solutions, ensuring seamless system integration.
* Provide ongoing client support, including user training and adoption assistance.
* Lead technical delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet architecture and customer requirements.
* Document project activities, configurations, and best practices.
* Stay updated on Microsoft Modern Work innovations and expand your technical expertise.
* Collaborate with other technical consultants on product support and development.
Core Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
* Proven ability to design and implement solutions using Microsoft Modern Work tools.
* Strong understanding of modern workplace trends and best practices.
* Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of SPFX and custom SharePoint solutions development.
* 2-5 years of experience in a technical consultancy role.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience migrating clients to the cloud using Microsoft technologies.
* Certifications in Microsoft 365 applications or Azure.
* Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, PowerShell).
* Experience with React and AngularJS.
