    As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the company's IT architecture to ensure it is modern, secure, and aligned with business goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver solutions that create real value and support an ongoing digital transformation, including major projects like modernising digital platforms.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    * Design and maintain scalable IT architecture aligned with business objectives
    * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    * Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and applications
    * Lead and contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including platform modernisation
    * Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to facilitate clear communication
    * Provide architectural guidance and best practices to development and project teams
    * Ensure solutions comply with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
    * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements

    Skills and Qualifications

    * Solid experience in Microsoft/Azure cloud environments and enterprise architecture
    * Strong ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
    * Background from larger organisations, public sector, or consultancy environments is highly desirable

    Preferred:

    * Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, or similar
    * Knowledge of standards and compliance frameworks a plus

    We are currently recruiting for a massive consultancy, who are looking for a niche BI/ Data architect looking for a new challenge. The Senior BI Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing innovative business intelligence (BI) solutions with a strong emphasis on leveraging Microsoft Fabric. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data modelling, and the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.     The ideal candidate will have:

    A Bachelor's degree in CompSci, IT or a relevant field.

    Proven architecture experience on live projects.

    Strong data warehousing skills.

    Proficiency in BI tools - Power BI and the components of Microsoft Fabric.

    Experience with SQL and database management.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills - must be able to translate technical solutions to non-technical/ non BI/data based stakeholders.
