    Joining a growing data & analytics department, you will work closely alongside data engineers to deliver valuable insights to a company in the real-estate industry

    With multiple offices across Europe, and a Head Office based in Oslo, you will be tasked with helping to create a centralised reporting hub in Power BI which provides insights across the organisation

    With various data sources from property portfolios across Europe, and multiple types of data (operational, customer, transactional) there are plenty of challenges to get in to!

    You will work closely with teams across the business to capture their requirements, and translate these into data modelling, and useful insights to allow for more data-driven services and decisions

    As part of a smaller team with great flexibility, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skill-set and gain experience in areas that may interest you, such as data science & AI, datawarehouse design, project leadership, cloud, and development

    Working closely with stakeholders and developers, you will be tasked with understanding & translating technical requirements

    We are looking for you to have:

    * Experience with SQL
    * A good understanding of visualisation tools, preferably Power BI
    * Experience with Azure is beneficial, as is any experience with Python

    I am working with a consultancy client of mine who is looking for a Data Analyst to join them on a large project that they are supporting. The position is fully remote and paying �250 - �325pd outside of IR35 with the right candidate needing to hold valid SC clearance.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Knowledge of and experience working with data platforms such as Google Analytics, Azure Synapse, Splunk, Datadog, or similar
    * Knowledge and experience of working with digital technology. You'll understand what it involves and its impact
    experience of designing and implementing a performance framework including KPIs for a service or product
    analytical skills in identifying the right data sources. You then validate and understand how to interpret the results

    You will be playing a critical part in helping the company to recover after the pandemic. Specifically, you will be joining the CRM & Data teams which are currently made up of 30 people, and these teams work in partnership with 24 brands across 8 different regions.

    The Role

    This role is varied with a wide range of responsibilities, the main responsibilities this role will entail:

    * Support their brands and technical teams in delivering great data solutions. You will work on business & systems analysis for larger projects, as well as working in a Product Ownership capacity, managing backlogs and enhancements for specific business areas.
    * In terms of project work, one key focus will be looking at onboarding new business areas to their Data Ecosystem so that it's available to be used in global reporting dashboards.
    * Responsible for their ETL product backlog - they use Informatica ETL, and you will manage their backlog by doing systems analysis and refining integration requirements, as well as sense-checking what's being done from a data governance perspective.
    * Provide BA expertise for strategic multi-brand projects, working across various complex systems and datasets. You'll look to define, document and present business requirements, and also manage the dependencies with (or impact on) other systems and projects. They operate in a very complex environment given their multiple brands, so this role is well-suited to someone who is keen problem-solver and who is interested in bringing about real change.
    * You will essentially become a Subject Matter Expert within your business area, and will work with the wider CRM & Data team to identify opportunities and constraints for your business area. You'll also be part of the wider Tech PMO community, continually looking to identify synergies and best practices across the group, and analyse the balance between system scalability and specific market or brand requirements.

    My established client is currently looking for a Data Analyst in Greater Manchester to join their technical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a BI / Data Analyst role. You will be working along with the Legal Engineers and the Data Scientists team. Training and certifications are offered as well.



    This is a permanent salaried position paying up to �55,000 with great benefits such as working from home and only have to go to the office x1/month and the opportunity to work with a data-focused company.



    Minimum qualifications required:

    * 3+ years in a similar BI / Data Analyst role
    * Strong experience with T-SQL and SSIS
    * Experience with Power BI or Tableau
    * Good experience in Azure
    * Great communication skills
