    A Distribution and Manufacturing Company out of Miami, FL is looking for a Systems Administrator to over sees all things Dynamics GP. The Company relies heavy on their Warehouse Management System and SQL Server as well. This is an amazing opportunity with a competitive salary, benefits and an annual bonus structure.



    Responsibilities:



    • Experience working with Dynamics GP and SQL Server.

    • Supports mission-critical corporate applications in compliance with business processes, information technology procedures, and customer requirements.

    • In support of business processes and end-users, identifies and resolves technical and functional challenges.

    • Assists with the integration of all applications in order to increase system availability and value.

    • Assesses and suggests appropriate solutions to suggested functional modifications to current applications and architecture.

    • Ensure that electronic document management systems remain operationally stable, including application and system upgrades, as well as end-user support.

    • Integrate apps with our ERP and SQL databases utilizing APIs and Web services.

    • CRM experience is desired. Keep track of system documentation.

    • Plan, coordinate, test, and deploy system and application upgrades while keeping end users informed.



    Requirements:



    • 3-6 years of SQL Server, Windows Server, TCP/IP based network.

    • Database analysis, design, and implementation experience with relational database applications.

    • Working knowledge of using APIs to extract and change data within an application.

    • Working knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS.

    • It is necessary to have prior experience with cloud-based apps.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of analytical tools and advanced troubleshooting techniques.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage, maintain, and administer complex programs as a subject matter expert.

    The Finance Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all new divisions integrate into the financial system on time per the project schedule, and for providing system and analytic support for assigned projects and production issues.



    ERP Conversion Support

    � Serve as the lead for all data migration and system validation tasks from end to end (mapping through

    AX system validation and handoff to Accounting and Users)

    o Extract master data from the legacy system

    o Map key data including projects, project categories, etc. from legacy system to AX

    o Perform system validation for all imported and manually entered data (data inputs into AX from legacy system) including record count and checking for accuracy of all required data fields

    o Provide demo to new Users after test entry for AX master and project data (Vendor, Customer, and Project)

    o Lead the budget revision process for go-live

    o Provide analytic support to the Accounting Team on validations and reconciliations

    � Provide AX training for all modules

    � Provide go-live support to new divisions



    Application Maintenance

    � Build and maintain reports in AX management reporter

    � Back up the Financial Systems Administrator as required on AX configuration tasks including account

    structure, SWL setup, workflow, project categories, tax codes, cost jobs, periods, etc.

    � Provide

    � Back up the Financial Systems Administrator in supporting 17+ divisions across the country and overseas and across all functional areas (HR, Projects, Service, Procurement, Part Sales, and General Accounting)

    Our client is an industry leading online retail shop seeking an experienced and dedicated Financial Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team. The primary responsibility for this role is to support and maintain all aspects of their financial systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, LS Central).



    What you will do in this role:

    * Maintain, manage, and analyze Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other integrated financial systems
    * Support both COO and CFO with business processes
    * Act as a project manager for appication changes, development, and implementation of new solutions
    * Restore databases, analyze data, and participate in User Acceptance Testing
    * Create documentation for financial systems and provide training as needed
    * Write and develop business requirements, reporting, and indentify use cases

    What you will bring to this role:

    * At least 3 years of financial systems development experience
    * Understaning of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or LS Central
    * Some experience with development within Microsoft Dynamics NAV
    * Comfortable perfroming business analysis, proposals, and documentatoin to create context for businesss-critical solutions
