    * Disziplinarische Verantwortung f�r ein verteiltes 10-15 Mitarbeiter starkes Team mit fachlichen Consultants und technischer Experten im Bereich Cloud
    * Verantwortung f�r die Personalplanung und Entwicklung sowie f�r die Projektplanung
    * Dabei beh�ltst du den �berblick �ber die Projekte und kannst auch mal mit anpacken, wenn es darauf ankommt
    * Du hast den �berblick �ber die Performance in deinem Team sowie der Auslastung und wei�t, wie du deinen Bereich weiterentwickeln kannst
    * Du repr�sentierst das Business und bist die Schnittstelle gegen�ber internen und externen Kunden
    * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Bereich (zB. Durch Gewinnung von Leads oder durch Unterst�tzung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten)
    * Die strategische Zielgruppe sind Bestandskunden im Gro�kunden Umfeld (Bundesweit)



    Anforderungen:

    * eine ausgepr�gte Sales Affinit�t (keine Neukunden!)
    * Erfahrung in der (disziplinarischen) Teamleitung / Teamf�hrung
    * technisches Verst�ndnis im Bereich Infrastruktur wichtig, zus�tzliche Expertise im Bereich (Azure) Cloud und/oder Datacenter/Rechenzentren w�nschenswert
    * eine Pers�nlichkeit, die Lust hat mit anzupacken, etwas zu bewegen und zu schaffen, die „frischen Wind" und eigene Ideen reinbringt
    * Erfahrung im Bereich Banking und Industrie vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss
    * Bereitschaft zu Reisen (nach Ermessen und Sinn)
    * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
