IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

SCOPO

* Collaborare in stretto contatto con i Key User delle aree aziendali assegnate, per gestire i progetti di implementazione delle applicazioni Software e degli strumenti IT necessari a soddisfare i bisogni aziendali;
* Essere il riferimento per la gestione e l'evoluzione delle applicazioni aziendali, per l'area assegnata, definendo i piani di progetto, coordinando e monitorando le attività, in termini di costi, tempi ed ambito di progetto.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'

* Definire, assieme agli stakeholder di progetto, l'ambito delle attività di progetto, gli obiettivi ed i deliverables previsti;
* Definire l'organizzazione di progetto, assegnando ruoli e responsabilità.
* Eseguire, assieme ai principali stakeholders, ricerca e selezione delle soluzioni applicative, in base alle esigenze aziendali;
* Creare ed aggiornare i piani dettagliati di progetto, monitorandone l'esecuzione per predisporre la documentazione a supporto dei SAL di progetto;
* Coordinare la redazione e l'approvazione dei documenti relativi ai requisiti aziendali e tecnici, in base agli standard aziendali. Assicurando l'aderenza con l'ambito e gli obiettivi di progetto;
* Fornire la direzione strategica al team di progetto condividendone, con la controparte esterna, le responsabilità relative a costi e tempi;
* Pianificare e monitorare le attività necessarie a garantire la qualità dei deliverables di progetto;
* Definire le linee guida per la comunicazione di progetto e verificarne l'utilizzo da parte degli stakeholders;
* Coordinare e monitorare le attività di identificazione, analisi e reazione ai problemi ed ai rischi di progetto;
* Coordinare la formulazione e la definizione della soluzione tecnica, in collaborazione con esperti interni ed esterni;
* Assicurare la coerenza tra processi aziendali e funzionalità dei sistemi, concordando con il cliente interno le necessarie azioni di preparazione al cambiamento, supportandone l'implementazione e monitorandone l'efficacia.
* Gestire la risoluzione dei problemi relativi ai sistemi in esercizio, in accordo con il Service Manager e/o il gruppo responsabile delle operations.
* Rappresentare il dipartimento IT con fornitori, clienti interni ed altri dipartimenti in base alle esigenze;
* Applicare le "Lessons Learned" relative a progetti analoghi.

STUDI

* Laurea specialistica in Informatica o Ingegneria, o comprovata esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti e sistemi ICT.

ESPERIENZE

* Comprovata esperienza pregressa nella governance di progetti e sistemi IT in realtà aziendali complesse e strutturate.

This role will be working as a Senior D365 F&O Project Manager for various enterprise customer deliveries.

You will be acting as the operations lead, co-ordinating resources and projects and playing a major role in setting the deadlines and exectutions for various project related tasks.
