    Your responsibilities:

    * Develop business analysis in areas of CRM (incl. customer data management, sales, marketing, and customer service), from analysis of requirements through implementation until deployment, migration, and go-live phases;
    * Prepare functional documentation and design CRM customizations;

    Job Description

    The D365 F&O Business Analyst position is responsible for working with the finance business unit to understand current and future needs. Working in partnership with the D365 Product Owner and D365 Solution Architect you will help define the requirements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of F&O services delivered to the finance department. You will come from a finance and accounting background, and you will use this experience to deliver scalable, stable solutions.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Collaborate with finance team (primary) and other TI business units to identify, document, and communicate business needs and provide technical solutions
    * Train end users on the use of D365, including the onboarding of new employees, this should include training plans, training materials, user guides & training delivery
    * Analyze current and future technology to determine if they align with the company goals
    * Ensure change management controls are followed throughout the product lifecycle
    * Work with other IT BAs to ensure that Product roadmaps are known and understood
    * Assist the D365 Architect and Product owner with developing product roadmaps
    * Work with offshore D365 Partner to troubleshoot and resolves issues
    * Analyze, track & remediate root causes of defects
    * Perform Gap analysis between current processes and best practices
    * Work with QA lead to develop testing documentation: Test plans, Test scripts, test exceptions, follow up and resolution, identify waste and rework and enacts plans to improve/solve
    * Looks for innovative ways to streamline work processes across business units

    Skills & Qualification

    * Strong understanding of the D365 F&O core services including AR, AP, GL, Sales & Ordering
    * Significant experience working in Finance & Accounting field(s)
    * Excellent analytical, communication and technical skills combined with excellent planning and organizational skills
    * Experience of using Azure DevOps to manage the implementation of new product offerings
    * Understanding of other Microsoft products, Excel, Power BI & SQL
    * Ability to articulate business requirements, capabilities & competencies, product/solution features, and technology aspects
    * Demonstrates technical thought leadership and domain / industry knowledge

    Qualifications
