Senior D365 FSCM Business Analyst - Manufacturing

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM) - to support and enhance manufacturing-focused business processes. This role partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to drive scalable, efficient, and data-driven solutions across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong functional knowledge of manufacturing operations and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective D365 FSCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a functional subject matter expert for D365 FSCM Manufacturing modules, including:

Production Control
*
Product Information Management (PIM)
*
Inventory Management
*
Warehouse Management (WMS)
*
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
*
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with D365 FSCM best practices.
*
Lead functional design sessions, create functional design documents (FDDs), and support system configuration.
*
Partner with technical teams during integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
*
Support testing activities (SIT, UAT), issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
*
Provide ongoing system optimization, user training, and production support.
Required Qualifications
*
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM / F&O.
*
Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing-focused D365 modules, especially Production Control and Inventory/Warehouse Management.
*
Solid understanding of discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
*
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into functional system solutions.
*
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and leading workshops.
*
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
*
Experience with multi-site or multi-legal-entity manufacturing environments.
*
D365 FSCM certifications (Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or Finance).
*
Prior involvement in D365 implementations, upgrades, or global rollouts.
