    Nigel Frank is partnering with a well-respected Not-for-Profit organisation in Wales undergoing a large-scale D365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) transformation to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency.

    Our client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst to play a key role in D365FO Finance implementation, process optimisation, and business transformation initiatives.     Responsibilities:

    * Act as the bridge between finance teams and technical consultants, ensuring smooth implementation and optimisation of D365FO Finance modules.
    * Gather business requirements, analyse financial processes, and translate them into system functionalities and enhancements.
    * Support data migration efforts from legacy systems to D365FO.
    * Assist in system integration's with third-party applications such as payroll, banking, and reporting tools.
    * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct training, and ensure successful adoption of D365FO Finance functionalities.
    * Work with stakeholders to develop financial reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, and D365FO reporting tools.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    * Experience of documenting process maps using Visio.
    * Deep understanding of functional implementation experience of D365 Finance and Operation (GL, AP, AR, Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting, Credit & Collection, Procurement, Inventory Intercompany, and Consolidation modules).
    * Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
    * Knowledge of D365 F&O system with experience in helping to develop, design, and configure solutions.
    * Demonstratable business analyst experience in ERP process solution design and process mapping.

    Nigel Frank have been retained by a renowned manufacturing organisation, to assist their search for a D365FO Finance Consultant to join their growing team.

    My client have recently gone live on D365FO across a large percentage of their global entities, and require a knowledgeable and enthusiastic System Analyst to act as the bridge between the Finance and IT teams. The role will work collaboratively with development teams and the business, looking proactively to do improvements on the system and ensure it runs as efficiently as possible, as well as get involved in implementation projects.

    The role involves a mixture of responsibilities including business analysis and change, offering a great platform to unlock your full potential and learn a diverse skill set across the D365FO system.

    The role requires an on site expectation of x3 days a week on site, which can be negotiated down to x2.
