    Job Description:

    Our client comprises of multiple distinct (tech) entities, making the work environment dynamic and stimulating. These companies engage in electronic product distribution, software solutions, and related industries and employ infividuals both locally and across Europe. They have an emphasis on fostering an entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and agile work culture rather than a rigid corporate structure.

    We're now seeking for a System Administrator to their midst!

    Responsibilities:

    * Standard network management tasks such as handling 2nd line tickets, performing updates, patches, and backups in an on-premise infrastructure.
    * Special focus on elevating the IT infrastructure through automation, managing Windows server environment, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity management.
    * Training users, creating thorough documentation (SOPs, diagrams, training materials), and managing specialized tooling like (Software Name) Workspace Control and Automation.

    Employment Package:

    ITS Systems Engineer - £41,000 - Hybrid, London

    Nigel Frank are partnered with a private University in London and they are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their team.

    This ITS Systems Engineer will be a part of an Infrastructure Team responsible for the support and management of the Universities core systems. These are spread across platforms such as Window, Linux and other various Cloud platforms. They will have responsibility across the IT & networking infrastructure, picking up tasks involving M365 and Azure services and things like Active Directory, Endpoint management and server infrastructure.

    The experience required for this role are as follows:

    * Supporting server technologies like Windows, Linux or Mac
    * Understanding Active Directory
    * Working to SLAs, logging support requests properly
