Role & Responsibilities
* Regularly monitor, maintain, and administer Dynamics 365 CRM and WorkFront management application systems to ensure high availability and reliability
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to sales and project management applications, providing support and guidance to end-users as needed
* Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of sales and project management applications, ensuring they can maximise the benefits of the systems
Skills & Qualifications
* Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly preferred
* Have experience with low or no-code automation tools
* Experience with Microsoft Power BI highly preferred
