    About the Role

    As a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst, you will serve as a hands‑on implementer and functional expert across Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service.     * Support integrations between Field Service, ERP systems, and other business platforms.

    * Provide post‑deployment support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
    * Collaborate closely with IT, project managers, and leadership to maintain alignment with organizational priorities and system roadmap.
    * Assist in onboarding newly acquired companies by assessing operational processes and implementing Dynamics 365 to support them.

    Qualifications

    * 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong emphasis on Field Service.
    * Hands‑on experience implementing Field Service modules, including work order management, scheduling, inventory, resources, and technician mobility.
    * Solid background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional solution design.
    * Experience conducting functional testing, documenting observations, and refining system enhancements.
    * Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication skills.
    * Ability to simplify complex system concepts for diverse business users.
    * Comfortable traveling up to 25-50% for project work, workshops, and implementations.
