This role is for someone who lives at the intersection of adrenaline and analytics-part daredevil, part data wizard. You'll be steering financial strategy, tuning performance, and fueling growth across the organization.

Your New Role:

* Own the financial roadmap-lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting like a crew chief calling the perfect pit strategy.
* Partner with the executive team to engineer financial strategies that maximize speed, control costs, and drive sustainable wins.
* Analyze performance metrics like a race engineer-spotting inefficiencies, optimizing output, and dialing in the perfect setup.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement and operations to manage working capital -balancing cost efficiency with supply chain reliability.

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
* CPA or MBA preferred, not required
* 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting; leadership experience preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, D365) is a must
* Deep knowledge of GAAP is preferred
* Understanding of cashflow management and forecasting
* Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with reporting tools like Power BI or SQL is a plus
* Background in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, consumer goods, etc.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and attention to operational detail.
* Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient ERP Analyst to join our IT team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to support our growing consumer products distribution business. Reporting directly to the IT Director, the ERP Analyst will serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring that system capabilities align with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
* Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including:

* Sales & Purchase Order Processing
