    I am working with a Microsoft Partnered consultancy who are looking for an AI Consultant to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of client projects across a number of different industries such as retail, finance and the public sector.

    In this position, you will join a growing Data & AI practice and will work directly with clients to understand their challenges. You will then use your experience to advise solutions that can benefit the business and help improve performance using AI, ML and Advanced Analytics.

    * Be technical expert on projects for all AI technologies including ML and NLP

    To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Commercial experience working in AI/ML
    * Strong programming skills with Python and other languages such as R or Java
    * Strong cloud experience in an Azure environment (AWS or GCP also beneficial)
    * Experience with Gen AI would be beneficial

    This is a home-based role, however travel to client sites is required on an ad-hoc basis. You will also travel to company get togethers once per quarter, with travel to these events expensed. Some of the benefits included in this role are -

    Job description

    I'm looking for a Head of Cyber Security to join a dynamic PE-backed business, and lead enterprise efforts across IT Security, Cyber Security and Information Security.

    Reporting directly into their CIO, you will lead a team of 4 and will drive the overall security strategy of the business forward - ensuring that security controls, policies and technologies effectively protect the organisation's assets, infrastructure and data.

    They are using the MS Security Stack including Defender, Sentinel and Entra ID, and are very ahead-of-the-curve in their respective sector. The ideal candidate will have come from a hands-on Engineering background, who loves being technically in the detail.

    This role will involve collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team, and providing expert guidance on threat mitigation and security best practices, and ultimately driving the organisation's security programme forward.

    Whilst they are based in London, they are open to considering candidates across the UK, with travel into London around once or twice a month (expenses-paid).

    Responsibilities:

    * Implement and manage security controls for Microsoft and Azure infrastructure.
    * Lead vulnerability management and incident response.
    * Enhance security monitoring and IAM with Microsoft tools.
    * Drive security architecture and ensure endpoint security.
    * Support M&A security assessments and maintain compliance.

    Requirements:

    * Experience in a Cyber Security leadership-level role
    * Proven experience with the MS Security Stack including Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud), Sentinel (SIEM), Entra ID Security Features, and Purview
    * Knowledge of Azure Security controls, including Azure Firewall, Key Vault, Conditional Access, and Azure Network Security
    * Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001

    I am working with an analytics and digital solutions consultancy that partner with clients from several different industries to unlock their potential to become truly data driven.     You will be joining this award-winning consultancy during a period of significant growth off the back of winning new projects.     You will be joining a project with a focus on data migration from Hadoop to the cloud, creating robust data pipelines and working with Scala, Spark and other AWS services to process and manipulate data.

    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

    * Develop big data solutions utilising Hadoop and Apache Spark
    * Create, develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and Scala
    * Design and implement Scala-based applications for the use of big data processing
    * Work with other technical members of the team to enhance the performance of code, promoting best practice at all times
    * Implement data processing and transformation workflows for both unstructured and structured data

    To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Previous experience working as a Data Engineer utilising Scala
    * Hands on experience with Apache Spark and Spark-Scala
    * Experience working within the Hadoop ecosystem

    I'm looking for an experienced SQL Database Developer to join a small and growing technology company, who have developed a cutting-edge analytics platform using AI and Azure technologies, to help their clients make more informed data-driven decisions.

    Their HQ is in Leeds, but they are open to considering candidates across the UK who are able to travel to Leeds at least once per quarter.

    The analytics platform is based on Microsoft SQL databases, and you will work as part of an experienced Development Team to support the ongoing development of the platform, which is currently deployed to numerous customers.

    Your key tasks will include creating and optimising database queries, and returning data sets for the frontend of the web application. You will develop, implement and optimise stored procedures and functions, and create new tables as new modules are added to the product over time.

    The idea is that you will use dynamic SQL skills to facilitate a fully repeatable solution that is completely industry agnostic, and therefore can be used by a variety of customers.
