    My client is looking for someone that can come in and lead the customer service/supply chain team and provide effective and efficient customer service to all internal and external Australian customers. The customer service & supply chain manager will be in charge of a team of 10 and report directly to the supply chain director.



    short summary of some Roles & Responsibilities:

    * Report to the Supply Chain Director on the performance of the Supply Chain and Customer Service function
    * Manage the daily operations of the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams
    * Develop an understanding of Customers, Sales and Market Segment needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met
    * Handle and determine the best solutions for queries/issues raised by Customers, Sales Managers and or the Finance Team
    * Act as Key AX/D365 user; managing reporting functions out of AX12/D365

    Skills & Qualifications:

    * Minimum 10 years of relevant Customer Service and Supply Chain Management experience or experience in a related field
    * Relevant Tertiary qualification
    * Experience using AX12 or D365
    * Detail-oriented and organised
    * People and process management
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
