An exciting opportunity is available for a junior to mid-level D365 professional (2-5 years' experience) to join a business where you'll take real ownership of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to technical, techno-functional, or functional candidates who have previously supported and managed a D365 system and are looking to step into a position with broader responsibility and impact.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the ongoing support, development, and continuous improvement of the D365 F&O system, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day support for D365 F&O
* Configure and customise the system to meet business needs
* Contribute to ongoing system improvements and enhancements
* Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
* Support integrations and data processes

Skills & Experience

* 2-5 years' experience with D365 Finance & Operations
* Strong experience in configuration and customisation
* Exposure to X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps (desirable)
* Experience with integrations (Data Entities, OData, etc.)
* Understanding of supply chain processes is advantageous
* Ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough testing of data models, transformations, and reporting layers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Validate data integrity within Data Warehouses and Data Lakes using structured testing techniques.
* Perform functional and regression testing of reports and data extracts to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure data models accurately reflect business needs.
* Use SQL and modern data tools to troubleshoot issues, support ETL testing, and enhance automation.



Requirements:

* Demonstrated expertise in testing data models and transformations within analytics and reporting environments.
* Strong experience in validating Data Warehouses and Data Lakes using structured schematic models.
* Proven ability to test and verify reports and dashboards developed in Microsoft Power BI.
* Solid knowledge of ETL processes and tools; experience with Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly when working with Microsoft SQL Server.
