F&O Implementation Lead | Sydney-Based End User | Greenfield ERP Program | 2 days on site 3 WFH

An exciting opportunity has opened with a Sydney-based end user at the very beginning of their greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. They are seeking an experienced F&O Implementation Lead to drive the delivery of this major business transformation from the inside. Ideally you'll either be a Lead Consultant or a Solution Architect with multiple D365 F&O implementations under your belt - however, the client would also consider any Program/Project Managers that have previous F&O implementation experience that was hands on.

Greenfield end user roles like this are incredibly rare - this is your chance to join early and make a tangible, strategic impact on a company-wide ERP rollout.

Your Role:

As the F&O Implementation Lead, you'll serve as the internal face of the ERP transformation - coordinating between business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and the selected implementation partner. You'll drive project planning, solution delivery, and governance, ensuring the program delivers lasting value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal ownership of the D365 F&O implementation from initiation through go-live.
*

Collaborate with and manage relationships with external implementation partners.
*

Partner with key stakeholders to align business requirements and solution design.
*

Support vendor selection process and influence architectural decisions.
*

Oversee project timelines, resource planning, risks, and reporting.
*

Ensure the solution meets business needs and is adopted successfully across teams.

What You'll Bring:

*

Previous experience delivering full life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
*

Strong understanding of F&O modules and ERP project delivery frameworks.
*

Background in functional consulting, solution design, or hands-on implementation at some point in your career.
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - absolutely essential.
*

Ability to manage vendors, align internal teams, and drive program momentum.
*

A strategic mindset and interest in long-term career growth beyond the ERP space.
