What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Data Centre Engineer, you'll be hands-on in the heart of the action - supporting the deployment, maintenance, and evolution of cutting-edge infrastructure powering generative AI and cloud inference.
Modernisation & Maintenance
* Lead hardware and software upgrades across high-performance environments.
* Collaborate with IT and infra teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Research and implement sustainable solutions like waste heat management.
Deployment & Reliability
* Support server builds, cabling, and incident response.
* Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with vendors to maintain uptime.
* Ensure systems are resilient, scalable, and future-ready.
Documentation & Support
* Create SOPs and technical documentation for future engineers.
* Take ownership of operational tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in data centre operations, infrastructure support, or hardware engineering.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools, basic scripting, and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.
* Passion for sustainability and innovation.
