    We are looking for a BI Analyst to join the team in Oslo!

    Joining a growing data & analytics department, you will work at the intersection between business and technology, collaborating closely alongside data engineers and the BI team to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders.

    You will work closely with teams across the business to capture and understand their requirements, and translate these into data modelling, and useful insights to allow for more data-driven services and decisions

    There are many data sources, sets, and requirements across the business - with projects utilising financial, operational, customer, and marketing data.

    As part of a smaller team with great flexibility, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skillset and gain experience in areas that may interest you, such as project management, and have great influence over strategic business decisions based on the data you translate.

    We are looking for you to have:

    * At least 3 x years' experience in a similar role (BI analyst, data analyst, BI developer)
    * Excellent advisory & communication skills to liase with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    * Good understanding of technical concepts & processes related to business intelligence
    * Experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, Azure

    You will be joining an established organisation with over 350 colleagues across Scandinavia and the Baltics, and be tasked with building and scaling a new team specifically focusing on modern data technologies

    Like others, we see an increasing demand for modern data solutions which provide fast, flexible and scalable options to users.

    We currently have a small team who bring expertise in building these platforms & solutions - but require a leader to help further the growth and offerings

    Within this role you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing a strategy, and leading the practice internally. Your responsibilities can be varied and will likely evolve as the department grows, however you can expect some of the following tasks:
