Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Analyst | Oslo, Norway (On-site 2-3 days)

We're hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for a leading B2C subscription business based right by Oslo S. This is a 3-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension through at least Christmas.

You'll sit at the intersection of data and commercial strategy - turning subscription, retention, and revenue data into insights that shape decisions across commercial, marketing, and product teams.

What you'll do:

* Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports
* Analyse subscription, retention, churn, and revenue trends
* Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
* Deliver actionable insights to commercial, marketing, and product stakeholders
* Support data-driven decision-making across the business

What you'll bring:

* Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
* Advanced SQL skills
* Experience working with B2C customer and revenue data
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, plus English

Nice to have:

* Experience with subscription or SaaS business models
* Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
* Familiarity with data science / ML concepts
