Job Description
An established Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner is seeking an experienced IT Account Executive to join their high-performing team. This fully remote role (with occasional travel) focuses on managing and growing client relationships through Microsoft's suite of technologies, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure. You'll play a key role in driving customer success, strategy, and digital transformation across a range of industries.
Role & Responsibilities

Take ownership of key client relationships, acting as the main point of contact

Meet and exceed individual revenue and growth targets

Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (gap analysis)
*
Lead proposals, solution roadmaps, and presentations tailored to client goals
*
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
*
Maintain accurate records and client insights within the CRM system
*
Monitor industry and customer trends to anticipate changing needs
*
Support retention strategies using value mapping and account planning
*
Represent client interests internally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
*
Address and resolve client issues proactively and effectively
Skills & Qualifications
*
Proven experience in account management or sales roles, ideally within the IT or SaaS space
*
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
*
Confident negotiator with a strategic mindset
*
Skilled in handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
*
Analytical mindset for interpreting customer data and market trends
*
Comfortable navigating complex client requirements and driving business outcomes
*
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales frameworks (Sandler Sales methodology a plus)
*
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-through
