A robust consulting firm is in the market for a skilled Software Engineer to work within an on-prem Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. The on-site SME Software Engineer will provide a gap analysis and will recommend solutions that account for the operational tempo and security constraints of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Platform, manage customization, and maintain documentation.
*Create advance finds, dashboards, SSRS, and workflows.
*Customizing CRM by creating HTML/JavaScript web resources.
*Validation of all user input prior to adding to back-end.
*Generates architectural diagrams and additional documentation, as necessary.
*Provide support for SQL server databases.

Education/Experience:
*DoD 8570.01-M to meet IAT Level II compliance are required, if not, ability to retain in 3 weeks.

Rattaché(e) directement au pôle Data - BI, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de consultants hybrides (conseil aux entreprises & data) dont la vocation est d'accompagner les organisations PME/ETI.

Votre mission consistera à fournir des expertises avancées en Business Intelligence aux clients. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Vous participerez aux différentes phases du projet, étude préliminaire, conception et spécification d'un besoin, réalisation et tests de composants, livraison, correctifs, dans un cadre méthodologique agile.



* Conception et développement : Concevoir et développer des modèles de données, des entrepôts de données, des tableaux de bord interactifs, des rapports et des visualisations en utilisant les outils et les technologies BI appropriés. Assurer la qualité, la performance et la convivialité des solutions proposées.

* Intégration des données : Collecter, nettoyer, transformer et intégrer des données provenant de différentes sources en utilisant des outils ETL afin de garantir l'intégrité des données et la cohérence des informations fournies.

* Analyse et interprétation : Extraire des informations significatives à partir des données collectées et fournir des analyses approfondies aux clients. Identifier les tendances, les modèles et les anomalies, et formuler des recommandations pour soutenir la prise de décision.

* Formation et support : Fournir une formation aux utilisateurs finaux sur les outils et les fonctionnalités de la BI, ainsi qu'un support technique continu pour résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux demandes des clients.

Vous participerez à la veille technologique sur la Data, partagerez et transmettrez vos connaissances plus largement au sein d'une communauté Data.



Qui êtes-vous ?

De formation Bac+4/5 en informatique (Ecole d'ingénieur ou université), vous possédez une expérience professionnelle réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la BI, avec une expérience démontrée dans la conception, le développement et la mise en œuvre de solutions BI (modélisation de données, langage de requêtes, ETL, Base de données).



Votre niveau en anglais vous permet de communiquer aisément à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Vous êtes bon communicant, orienté client, bon esprit d'analyse, esprit d'équipe, pédagogue, sens de l'organisation et fortes capacités d'adaptations.

I'm working with a small and growing family-run Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy, who are looking for a Business Intelligence professional with a strong background in Data Warehousing to join their team on a remote basis (with occasional travel to client site and team get-togethers).

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Business Intelligence Development background, with a track-record of designing and developing data warehousing solutions, and will have a keen interest in Azure technologies - even if you've not worked on Azure before, please still apply!

You'll work across the entire client project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to solution design, development, implementation and providing end-user training and support. You'll do this as part of a close-knit technical team, working on varied projects which may include Power BI implementation, Data Engineering and Azure Data Migration, as only a few examples.

With increased demand from their clients for Azure Data Platform services, this role would give you the opportunity to develop skills with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics and Databricks!

As such, this would be a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned BI Developer to take a step into Consultancy, and work on some really varied and cutting-edge projects as part of a truly supportive and progressive company.

Requirements:

We are looking for most (but not necessarily all) of the below experience:

* Advanced SQL & T-SQL development skills
