Candidates for this role must come with a masters level degree from a field such as Data Science or similarly analytical specialism. An ability to demonstrate a deep understanding and successful track record in the Machine Learning world is essential to be successful in your application for this position. Particularly as it relates to the design, build and deployment of ML models.



Deep Learning and NLP (Natural Language Processing) are essential requirements for this position, alongside prior experience working hands-on with LLMs (Large Language Models), building advanced systems and RAG pipelines. An ability, and flexibility, of designing/implementing tailored Neural Network architectures that relate to specific situational cases. This all ties in with the organizations overall goal of solving problems and an advancement in it's Automated Intelligence capabilities.

This client is a market-leading discrete manufacturing company known for innovation, precision, and operational excellence. As they continue to scale and modernize their operations, they are seeking an ERP Operations Manager/Lead to spearhead their ERP strategy and execution with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and manufacturing process optimization expertise.

Role Overview:
As the ERP Operations Manager/Lead, you will be the strategic and operational owner of the Dynamics Business Central ERP ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams of business analysts in the US as well as offshore, drive continuous improvement, and ensure seamless integration of Business Central across their manufacturing operations reporting to the VP, IT.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to align ERP Business Central capabilities with business goals.
* Manage ERP Business Central related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
* Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
* Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with industry standards.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external ERP vendors/partners.
* Mentor and coach staff
* Provide functional and technical expertise to staff while establishing and enforcing technical and functional standards.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP leadership roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes, including BOMs, routings, production orders, and MRP.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of successful ERP implementations or upgrades.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools is a plus.
* Experience as a Functional lead on multiple ERP implementations, including 2-3 complete life cycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAVISION).
* Experience in retail manufacturing, Print on Demand (POD), and wholesale industries is a plus
