Dynamics NAV/Business Central Analyst - Houston, TX

A growing end-user in Houston is looking for a NAV/BC Analyst to bring on-board as their functional Dynamics NAV/Business Central subject-matter expert. They are expanding fast and need to ensure their system is keeping up with the growth. This position will work closely with the accounting and finance department, so a strong understanding of finance and the accounting lifecycle is required.

Qualifications:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central including implementations and upgrades
* Partner experience is a plus
* Experience with PowerApps
* 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
* Manufacturing experience is required
* Strong understanding of Fixed Assets, VAT, workflows, etc.
* Ability to oversee ERP system, data flow, and improve operational efficiency
* Self-starter, ability to drive processes, personable
* Understanding of inventory, existing operations and post production

* Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
* Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems is a plus.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
