My client, a growing Microsoft Partner, is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager to take the lead on delivering successful BC implementations and upgrade projects across a variety of clients. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

Role Responsibilities

* Manage full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects from initial planning through to go-live
* Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation based on client requirements
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and clear communication throughout the project
* Coordinate internal teams including functional consultants, developers and support staff to meet project objectives
* Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within budget
* Facilitate project meetings, workshops and regular reporting with all key stakeholders
* Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to post go-live support
* Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes and contribute to internal best practice documentation

Knowledge & Skills

* Strong background in delivering Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
* Experience working in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
* Solid understanding of Business Central functionality and implementation approaches
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiar with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or PRINCE2

Responsibilities will include:

* Assist Senior Manager to lead a small team to develop, maintain and support of various systems (like, Dynamics 365 F&O, Procurement and Finance system, HR, etc.)
* Work as an IT business partner to identify and propose suitable solution to improve business efficiency.
* Gather requirement from user, perform system analysis and software design, manage the project progress & ensure the project meet deadlines.
* Develops, implements and maintains a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes.
* Monitors, reports, and responds to issues and risks associated with the project. Collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs.
* Leverage existing solutions or propose new technologies / innovative solutions that could benefit business operations such as RPA, AI, API or other technologies.
* Mentor team members in project management, processes, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

* Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with finance background a plus.
* Proven skills in project management - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
* Able to lead and support all activities in the Software Development Life Cycle
* Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Dynamics AX, familiar with Finance / Accounting / Supply Chain modules;
* A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills
* Effective communication skills, good command of English and Chinese
