Senior PE / Assistant Project Manager - Web & Mobile

We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to manage the delivery of web and Web & mobile application projects for our clients. You will work closely with team - designers, developers, QA engineers, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a digital agency or software house who enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects for clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams.
* Gather and analyze client requirements, define project scope, and prepare functional specifications.
* Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
* Coordinate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
* Organize client meetings, project reviews, UAT sessions, and deployment activities.
* Manage project documentation, change requests, and project status reports.
* Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional digital solutions and services.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
* 3-6 years of project management experience in a digital agency, software house, or technology company.
* Proven experience delivering website, mobile application, or digital platform projects.
* Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
* Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certifications are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of CMS platforms, e-commerce solutions, APIs, or cloud-based applications.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to balance client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
