Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer with an active Secret Clearance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs tailored to the needs of the company. This role involves analyzing user needs, designing software solutions, and customizing software to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs using Microsoft Dynamics.
* Analyze user needs and requirements to develop efficient software solutions.
* Design software solutions or customize existing software to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate with team members to coordinate database development and integration within application areas.
* Provide supervision and guidance to computer programmers as needed.
* Ensure compliance with security protocols and clearance requirements for all software development activities.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
* Active Secret Clearance is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics development tools and technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with government agencies, particularly the Department of State or related entities.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
* Certification in Microsoft Dynamics development or related areas.
