The 2024 edition of Nigel Frank’s Microsoft Cloud Careers and Hiring Guide will be published on our website in January 2024. 1. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry and by entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Nigel Frank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from the competition if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
2. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the Careers and Hiring Guide survey. No purchase is necessary.
3. Nigel Frank will select two winners at random; the first from all surveys completed within the first six weeks of the survey opening and the second from all completed surveys after it closes.
4. For respondents outside the US, an equivalent prize amount will be offered (amount to be determined on the exchange rate at the time of the prize draw).
5. Only one entry will be made for each individual respondent. If it is suspected that you’ve entered more than once, then all of your entries will be void.
6. Winners can choose their eGift Card from a specified list, supplied by Nigel Frank.
7. To enter, entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
8. Winners will be notified via email – your email will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Employees of Nigel Frank and the wider Frank Recruitment Group are NOT eligible to enter the prize draw.
10. Nigel Frank will use the information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy and to administer the competition.
11. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Nigel Frank shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
