* Fluent English communication skills.
* Currently located in Finland.

What they are looking for:

Tech Lead/Software Architect

* Understand and speak to all aspects of the software development life cycle (requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation)
* Familiar with Agile methodologies.
* At least 6 years of software design/development experience (AWS: Fargate, EC2 containers, API Gateway, Kubernetes, security, core services. Device configuration).
* Be open for new languages and ideas.
* Hands on experience in developing web applications.
* Hands on experience on developing with AWS, utilizing the platform's native components.
* Experience of full-stack development, including both front and back ends.
* Understanding of architectural patterns and design principles for building scalable cloud-based applications based on AWS.
* Medical device background is considered advantageous.
* Role model of can do-attitude and your positive example makes teammates do their best towards the common goal.
* Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Back-end Developer

* AWS (fargate, EC2 containers, API Gatweway Kubernetes, security, core services. Device configuration)
* Any modern language is ok.

FastAPI and Python is most important.

* Kotlin, Spring boot, Golang beneficial
* React
* SQL/PostgreSQL
* Docker
* Hands on experience on IoT technologies
* Hands on experience on data streaming, warehousing and analyzing solutions
* Mindset for agile ways of working and continuous improvement

Front-end Developer

* React
* Javascript
* Typescript
* Python
* AWS
* Mobile Development experience is advantageous.
