Role:

Our Client based in Zwolle is on the lookout for a Business Analyst with Dynamics CE to join their Team. This company is among the leading technical service providers in the Netherlands.

* As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Dynamics projects. You'll serve as the liaison between internal teams and the Microsoft consultant, collaborating extensively with departments such as Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE), Commerce, Projects, and Service & Maintenance. Your role is to ensure the systems are perfectly aligned with the Projects and Procurement processes.
* You are responsible for the solution from analysis to implementation, starting with a thorough preliminary investigation and impact analysis, followed by a business and information analysis to identify specific problems.

Requirements:

* ICT knowledge and training at HBO/WO level in fields such as (Business) Informatics, Business Economics, or similar.
* Experience as a Functional Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Business Analyst in Projects and Procurement within a technical environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft stacks (Dynamics 365, Dynamics CE/CRM, Office 365, Power Platform).
* Experience with project management methodologies.
* Familiarity with iterative development and Agile Scrum methods.
* Dutch Essential.
