My client is a well-known company in retail industry. To support their new Dynamics 365/ CRM project, they're now hiring Business Analyst to join their internal team.
Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the product strategy, prioritize project/product development sequence.
* Work closely with development teams and BUs to ensure the product's direction aligns with business objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to to gather the user requirements related to Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Marketing Automation, and CRM systems
* Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
* Track and measure Customer Experience Management performance with Business units and stakeholders
* Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency and effectiveness
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven working experience as an IT Business Analyst, previous experience on Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Proficiency in creating, gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
* Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
