Your Role:

As a Mid-Senior Level Java Developer, you will:

* Design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
* Collaborate with teams to define and implement new features.
* Ensure application performance and quality.
* Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
* Maintain code quality and organization.
* Mentor junior developers.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience as a Java Developer with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
* Familiarity with design and architectural patterns.
* Experience with databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (must be B2 level)
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
