A warehousing/distribution company with a national presence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced EDI/ERP Specialist - preferably with Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience - to join their team. You will play a critical role in understanding their clients' business needs, gathering requirements, and implementing EDI solutions that align with their goals. The ideal candidate for the EDI Specialist position is a creative problem solver with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success. Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor data flows, analyze and resolve issues in a timely manner, and liaison with the business to troubleshoot errors with appropriate business users.
* Analyze and provide EDI requirements, acting as a liaison between end users and the VAR's development team

* Configure and manage new EDI trading partners and maps
* Provide documentation of projects and processes
* Define and execute test plans to successfully integrate files.
* Test and document new partner set ups to ensure successful go-lives.
* Provide project statuses and contribute during team meetings as well as meetings with clients.

* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for EDI solutions.
* Provide training and support to clients' end-users.
* Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with client requirements.
* Assist in data migration and integration efforts as needed.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EDI file errors, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
* 3-5 years of experience with Landham EDI and/or SPS Commerce
* Experience with Dynamics NAV, Navision, or Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred
* The ideal candidate for this position is a creative problem solver with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address each client's unique needs.
* Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
* Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to resolve technical and functional challenges.
* Adept at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
