ERP/EDI Systems Analyst - NAV/BC - Lombard, IL - $90k

An established industrial products distribution organization with a national presence is seeking an ERP/EDI Analyst with experience on Dynamics NAV or Business Central to join their team.

This position will involve working as a bridge between the IT department and the Operations business unites in identifying paths for improvement in current processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing a new system, and working with a Microsoft Partner and internal team on installation and post go-live support.

Your New Role:

* Maintain and support day to day issues with the company's ERP system
* Play a key role in EDI mapping, set up, and troubleshooting with their retail clients
* Train users on systems functionality helping to promote user self-sufficiency
* Lead future integration and upgrade projects as necessary

* Creation and maintenance of all EDI maps and transactions
* Creation and maintenance of all customer specific labels
* EDI transactions with third parties
* Ensure EDI compliance with each trading partner
* Create and implement process improvements

What You'll Need:

* Experience with Navision, Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central
* Experience with EDI required, especially with setup, mapping, troubleshooting, and vendor management
* Expertise with Lanham, SPS Commerce, True Commerce EDI add-ons
* Ability to communicate well both with technical and non-technical personnel
* Solid understanding of business processes within inventory, warehousing, supply chain, etc.
