Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining and managing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and associated applications. Tasks include implementing configuration changes, offering support and training to users, including executives, and adapting the system to evolving business needs. This position reports to the Director of Business Solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Daily maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related systems.
* Management of critical data, such as removing or merging duplicate records.
* Updating user lists, security profiles, and access rights.
* Creating reports and dashboards.
* Addressing enhancement requests, including view changes and adding new fields.
* Assisting with CRM integration with other business systems.
* Troubleshooting and resolving user issues on a daily basis.
* Testing enhancements and bug fixes, coordinating testing phases, and making necessary changes.
* Collaborating with Microsoft Dynamics development partners for new functionality implementation.
* Developing documentation and training materials, conducting sessions for end users, including remote offices.
* Providing post-training support to existing users.
* Supporting marketing list creation and event planning using Click Dimensions.
* Acting as an expert and administrator for all existing reports and dashboards, and collaborating with users and management for new ones.
* Potential support for Microsoft SharePoint and other applications over time.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience administering CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with users, including senior management.
* Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and suggesting improvements.
* Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges and learn.
* Two or four-year college degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Residency in the Boston area with regular work in the Newton office on specific weekdays.
