    Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to design, customize, and extend Business Central to support our organization's operational and financial processes. The ideal candidate has strong AL development experience, understands BC architecture, and can translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Develop, customize, and enhance Business Central using AL, Extensions (v2), and Visual Studio Code.
    *

    Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, web services, and data exchange frameworks.
    *

    Customize existing modules across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, and other functional areas.
    *

    Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    *

    Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose root causes, and deliver high-quality fixes.
    *

    Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
    *

    Maintain code quality, follow best practices, and contribute to solution documentation.
    *

    Support upgrades, migrations, and system performance improvements.

    Required Skills & Experience

    *

    3+ years of experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
    *

    Strong proficiency with AL language, extensions, and VS Code.
    *

    Experience with API integrations, OData, and REST/SOAP web services.
    *

    Solid understanding of Business Central modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Jobs, etc.).
    *

    Knowledge of SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD processes is a plus.
    *

    Ability to work in both Agile and traditional project environments.
    *

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    *

    Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

    Preferred Qualifications

    *

    Microsoft certifications in Business Central or related areas.
    *

    Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) integrations.
    *

    Financial Systems Analyst - D365 BC - Newton, PA - $120k

    SUMMARY

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated technology enthusiast to join our client's applications team as a Business Systems Analyst primarily supporting accounting and finance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting various financial systems, including ERP, financial planning, accounting close process, AR and AP.

    This role involves working closely with various departments to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of the system.

    ERP Implementation

    * Contribute to the re-implementation of the ERP in the US as the IT business partner with the accounting department

    * Own the fit/gap analysis to ensure the system design meets the department's requirements

    * Manage the accounting data migration to meet reconciliation needs

    * Define complete reporting specifications to deliver the necessary data sets to the accounting department

    * Establish and perform a training plan with the department's SME

    Other Implementation

    * Lead requirement gathering and vendor evaluation of financial projects including, but not limited to, financial planning, consolidation, and AR automation

    * Work with business partners to roll out tools to meet requirements on time and on budget

    * Develop and maintain financial dashboards, models, and analytical tools

    * Partner with Accounting and Finance to understand business needs and deliver effective system solutions

    * Maintenance, support, evaluation, configuration of core financial systems

    * Oversee and prioritize support issues, including both US and NL locations

    * Identify process inefficiencies and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities

    * In conjunction with the process owner, plan out and justify modifications

    * Support upgrades, integrations, and testing for financial modules and addons

    * Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for financial systems and tools



    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

    * Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    * Working knowledge of accounting and costing modules of Business Central in a manufacturing environment

    * Implementation of add-on systems such as financial planning and

    * Experience working in an environment requiring consolidation of multiple general ledgers

    * Strong understanding of accounting process and GAAP

    * Ability to use time effectively and efficiently while managing multiple priorities

    * Strong verbal and written communication skills

    * Effective planning, organization, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills required

    * Demonstrated dependability, reliability and ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
