    * 7+ years of experience implementing or managing ERP/technology platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CMiC, Oracle, or similar) within the construction sector.
    * Deep understanding of construction project management, cost management, billing, and accounting principles.
    * Strong business process mapping and solution design skills.
    * Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
    * Prior consulting experience preferred.
