    About the Role
    A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate ERP and business systems initiatives across the organization. This role will be instrumental in managing the full lifecycle of strategic projects, including planning, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring structure and discipline to cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead ERP and business systems projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
    * Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT to define project scope and objectives.
    * Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
    * Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and remain within scope.
    * Manage internal and external deliverables, including vendor coordination.
    * Facilitate effective communication strategies across all levels of the organization.
    * Identify risks and issues early, driving resolution and escalating when necessary.
    * Recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery and team performance.

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree preferred.
    * PMP certification is a plus.
    * Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP projects, ideally within manufacturing.
    * Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required
    * Strong understanding of food manufacturing operations and regulatory considerations
    * Deep knowledge of manufacturing principles, capable of interfacing well with IT, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production leads
