I am actively seeking an enthusiastic support consultant, with experience supporting Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central, for a brilliant new role with a reputable Microsoft Partner. The role will involve the successful candidate playing a key part in the day to day support of a growing customer base; collaborating in a small team with great professional development prospects.

Role & Responsibilities

* Day to day support of Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central system issues
* Analysing/ troubleshooting system issues, providing exceptional customer service
* Involved in system process improvement projects, supporting new releases
* Supporting roll out of new enhancements - monitoring UAT, providing adhoc user training
* Troubleshooting issues with 3rd party apps

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV systems
* Strengths in troubleshooting system issues, analysing requirements, training on new functionality
* Experience supporting the finance module of D365 BC/ NAV
* Expertise in third party apps such as Continia/ Jet reports (preferable)
* Excellent communication/ user & stakeholder engagement skills

A rapidly growing software company in Portsmouth is looking for a Data Engineer to lead the build of their first-ever data platform. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect and implement scalable data infrastructure from scratch, with the potential to grow into a team lead role.

With over 100 employees and continued expansion, they're now investing in data to support smarter decision-making across their subscription-based business. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact. You'll have the autonomy to choose the right tools and shape the data architecture. The Role:

* Designing and building robust ETL pipelines using tools like dbt or Apache Airflow

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both Dynamics NAV and Business Central, with a proven ability to configure, customize, and maintain ERP systems to optimize business processes. You will play a key role in stabilizing and enhancing our system setup, supporting our 40 users, and ensuring accurate reporting, inventory, costing, and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze business processes and translate them into optimized configurations within Business Central/NAV.
* Design pages, create and manage custom fields, and implement logic or rules across modules including inventory, manufacturing, orders, and customers.
* Customize workflows and automations to streamline operations.

* Deep understanding of Business Central/NAV modules: Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Financials, Manufacturing, and General Ledger.
* Experience with Microsoft environments, including Power Platform, PowerPages, and Power BI.
* Experience with SQL Server, databases, data warehouses, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
* Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance ERP systems for optimal performance.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
