    What You Bring:

    * Hands-on experience in user support, troubleshooting, and providing hyper-care post go-live.
    * A willingness to travel extensively within the United States (~50% of the time).

    * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training engagements independently.
    * A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
    * At least 5 years of experience in training roles involving CRM and Field Service applications, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    * Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) or functional system testing is a plus.
