    Own and shape enterprise-level Records & Information Management solutions using Microsoft Purview and the Power Platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll drive automation, compliance, and modern data governance in a federal environment.

    What you'll be doing:

    * Build and enhance ERM/RIM solutions using Microsoft Purview and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerShell)
    * Develop automation for retention labels, metadata enrichment, and disposition workflows
    * Improve data quality and streamline records processes through integration's and tooling
    * Partner with stakeholders to translate compliance and RIM requirements into scalable technical solutions
    * Troubleshoot and optimize systems while driving continuous improvement

    What you bring:

    * 7+ years of development experience, ideally within ERM/RIM or information governance
    * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview and Power Platform
    * Experience building workflows, automation, and integration's
    * Understanding of federal records regulations (NARA, OMB, FOIA)
    * Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

    Nice to have:

    * Experience in federal or regulated environments
    * Integration experience with Microsoft 365 or SharePoint
    * Knowledge of metadata standards, retention schedules, and governance frameworks

    Key requirements:

    * U.S. National
    * Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
    * Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC at least 50% of the time

    Dynamics 365 Business Central Architect - Houston, TX

    A leading end user in the services industry is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Architect/Developer to join their in-house team. This is a rapidly growing organization looking for a motivated professional who is eager to scale with the business and play a key role in shaping their ERP landscape.

    Responsibilities:

    *

    Design and develop technical specifications based on business requirements
    *

    Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central to support service-based operations
    *

    Lead data migration efforts, including defining data conversions and testing strategies
    *

    Build and maintain integrations between Business Central and other business applications
    *

    Develop reports and dashboards using AL, SSRS, and Power Platform tools
    *

    Manage system deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of Business Central
    *

    Enhance internal solutions and collaborate with third-party vendors and applications
    *

    Partner with functional teams to optimize workflows across finance, project management, and service delivery

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
    *

    Strong experience customizing Business Central (AL language) in modern versions

    Experience within the services industry (professional services, field services, or similar) preferred
    *

    Solid understanding of core business processes such as finance, project accounting, and resource management
    *

    Proven experience with data migration from legacy systems into Business Central
    *

    Experience with integrations, APIs, and extensions
    *

    Technical proficiency with .NET, MS SQL, and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI preferred)
    *

    Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Business Central Development or equivalent) are a plus
    *

    Functional knowledge of finance, service management, and operations modules
