    Role: Power Platform Developer / Solutions Architect (Microsoft CE) - Contract
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer and Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role requires hands-on development experience with C# plugin workflows, architectural design of CE solutions, and comprehensive knowledge of environment and instance management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

    Responsibilities:
    * Design and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform, particularly Dynamics 365 CE. Dynamics 365 FS experience is a plus.
    * Develop and maintain custom C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations with external systems.
    * Architect solutions that align with business needs and Microsoft best practices.
    * Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into robust system designs.
    * Manage and maintain Power Platform and D365 CE instances across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
    * Provide governance and guidance around solution architecture, security, data model design, and integrations.
    * Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, performance, or integration issues.

    Requirements:
    * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
    * 5+ years of hands-on development experience in C#, particularly with custom plugins and workflows.
    * Proven experience as a Solutions Architect on enterprise Power Platform projects.
    * Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), and Dataverse.
    * Experience with Azure services and integration patterns (e.g., Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).
    * Deep understanding of security roles, business rules, form customizations, and advanced data modeling in CE.
    * Experience managing Power Platform environments, solutions, and deployment pipelines.
    * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., BitBucket, Azure DevOps).

    Preferred Qualifications:
    * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.
    * Experience with ALM practices for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
    * Experience with third-party integration tools or custom APIs.

    Soft Skills:
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    * Proven leadership in technical decision-making.
    * Ability to mentor junior developers and promote best practices.

    A fast-growing end user in the Boston area is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst to join their team as the functional expert for their ERP environment. This organization is experiencing strong growth and is looking for someone who can ensure their Business Central system continues to support and scale with evolving business needs.

    In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between internal business users and the Microsoft Partner, translating operational and financial requirements into effective Business Central solutions. This position works closely with accounting, finance, and operational teams and does not require travel.

    Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
    * Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, including implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support
    * Strong ability to partner with business users and external Microsoft Partners
    * Solid background in accounting and finance with hands-on functional ERP experience

    Key Responsibilities

    * Understand ERP lifecycle support, upgrades, integrations, and incident management.
    * Partner with technical leads and architects to maintain system stability and optimization.
    * Drive governance processes aligned with enterprise ERP standards.
