Data Engineer

I am working with a growing software development company who are looking to expand the data and engineering function. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a greenfield data engineering project and take the lead on the development and maintenance of the organisations data infrastructure.

You will join a close-knit team with the overall goal to aid the organisation to become truly data driven. A leading UK organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in database design, data modelling, and systems impact assessment. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic data architecture and operational analytics support, influencing enterprise-wide data strategy while working hands-on with technical teams.

In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will spend approximately 80% of their time leading critical data model refinement and impact assessment projects, ensuring that proposed structural changes to complex systems are delivered with minimal disruption. The remaining 20% will involve supporting the Data & Analytics function in delivering system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
