    Key Responsibilities:

    Experience:

    Finance Business Analyst

    A growing organization is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance the technology platforms used by the Accounting and Finance teams. This role combines finance knowledge, ERP experience, and strong analytical skills to improve system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure accurate financial data across the business.

    This individual will collaborate with multiple departments, translate business needs into system requirements, and take a lead role in financial system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing support.

    Key Responsibilities
    System Implementation & Optimization

    * Partner with Finance and Accounting to support upcoming ERP initiatives, including process analysis, system configuration needs, and testing activities.
    * Support data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation readiness, and financial integrity during system changes.
    * Design and document reporting requirements, datasets, and financial outputs needed by stakeholders.
    * Assist with developing user training materials and guiding functional teams through new system capabilities.

    Financial Technology Projects

    * Participate in evaluating new financial tools such as planning, reporting, and automation solutions.
    * Lead requirements gathering and help coordinate with software vendors or internal development teams.
    * Ensure new tools are implemented effectively, with proper testing, documentation, and user enablement.
    * Build dashboards, analytical tools, and models that help leadership monitor trends and make informed decisions.

    Ongoing Systems Support & Enhancements

    * Provide day-to-day support for financial applications, troubleshooting issues, improving workflows, and monitoring system performance.
    * Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve data quality.
    * Recommend system enhancements and collaborate with process owners to validate changes.
    * Support system upgrades, integrations, user access reviews, and testing cycles.
    * Maintain documentation, workflows, and configuration details for financial platforms.

    Technology Exploration

    * Stay informed on new financial technologies, automation methods, and business applications that may benefit the organization.
    * Pilot emerging tools, provide recommendations, and support adoption where appropriate.

    Qualifications

    * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
    * Experience supporting ERP systems and financial processes such as AP, AR, month-end close, reporting, or planning.
    * Understanding of general accounting principles and GAAP.
    * Familiarity with environments involving multiple entities or consolidated financial reporting.
    * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    * Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
    * Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently.

    Business Central Process and Reporting Analyst

    Location: Lancaster, PA and Rochester, NY

    Department: Information Systems

    Reports to: Head of IT

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt



    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Business Central Process and Reporting Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This role will lead process improvements, integrations, and reporting initiatives, ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of the business. You'll partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and train users - playing a critical role in optimizing Business Central for manufacturing, finance, sales, and supply chain operations.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Partner with business end-users and IT to identify system challenges and improvement opportunities.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve Business Central process, functionality, data, and integration issues.
    * Document current processes, requirements, and system integrations.
    * Design and implement process enhancements for existing Business Central functionality.
    * Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
    * Develop and execute unit tests to validate accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
    * Provide end-user training on Business Central features and processes.
    * Stay current with new features and capabilities in Business Central, incorporating them into operations.
    * Ensure compliance with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements.
    * Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    * Experience: Minimum 2 years of Business Central system support and report development ( like we talked about, they are more interested in someone who can improve their processes).
    * Strong understanding of data structures, entities, and models.
    * Knowledge across Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain functions.
    * Preferred:

    * Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and related Microsoft tools.
    * Background in the medical device industry.

    Skills & Abilities

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    * Ability to interpret technical instructions and translate them into user-friendly processes.
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and present to various stakeholders.
    * Solid mathematical and statistical capabilities, including working with ratios, percentages, and probability.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands

    * Primarily office-based with frequent sitting, computer use, and communication.
    * Occasional standing and walking.

    Business Central ERP Consultant - $135k - Philadelphia - Hybrid

    A rapidly growing mid-sized Microsoft Partner is looking for an ERP Functional Consultant with experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

    This role will work closely with customer stakeholders, especially in the finance and supply chain departments, to define and configure business processes in conjunction with the ERP that will maximize output. We need someone with experience in a user facing role who is able to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

    Your New Role:

    * Act as a key member of the ERP implementation team, being part of the project from requirements gathering to post go-live support
    * Work alongside customer stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
    * Troubleshoot any system errors and identify paths for improvement
    * Collaborate with a development team on designing a technical blueprint and with customization
    * Train and support key users both at customer sites and remotely
    * Manage upgrades and integrations with ISV products and reporting tools

    What You'll Need:

    * 2+ years of Business Central experience
    * Business Central implementation experience is a plus
    * Prior consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred, not required
    * Experience with Jet Reports or Power Bi desired, not required
    * General knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes, etc. and the ability to interface with finance dept. professionals
    * Excellent communication and customer service skills
