D365 BC Implementation Specialist (Food & Bev) - $110k - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Implementation Specialist with deep expertise in the food & beverage (F&B) industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique operational, regulatory, and supply‑chain complexities of food and beverage manufacturing, processing, or distribution-and knows how to translate those needs into successful Business Central implementations.

What You'll Do

* Lead full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for food & beverage clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across production, quality, finance, supply chain, warehouse, and compliance functions to ensure solutions align with F&B‑specific operational needs.
* Identify process gaps and opportunities for optimization within food safety, traceability, lot management, forecasting, recipe/formula management, and regulatory workflows.
* Configure BC modules commonly used in F&B scenarios (inventory, manufacturing, warehouse management, production planning, costing, quality workflows, etc.).
* Provide client‑facing leadership-advising, educating, and guiding teams throughout the implementation process.
* Develop documentation, training materials, and SOPs tailored to BC in food & beverage use cases.
* Support integrations with industry‑specific ISVs, EDI, WMS, QC, forecasting, and supply‑chain systems.

What We're Looking For

* Must-have: Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience specifically within the food & beverage industry.
* Proven ability to lead requirements sessions and design functional solutions for F&B operations.
* Strong understanding of food-industry workflows such as:

* Lot/traceability
* Recipe/formula management
* Quality and compliance controls
* Production and material planning
* Catch weight / variable weight scenarios
* Shelf-life management

* Experience working in the Microsoft Partner channel or a similar consulting environment is highly valued.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles.

2- Job Description: The team needs a Power BI consultant who can come in and hit the ground running with:

- Mid-level experience in Power BI development and data visualization in a techno-functional capacity
- Strong expertise in SQL databases (writing queries, data modeling, performance tuning)
- Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models for business stakeholders
- Ability to design and optimize ETL/data pipelines using SQL and related tools

D365 BC Systems Analyst - Lansdale, PA/Hybrid - $120k

My client is a Business Central end user in the industrial supplies manufacturing who is looking for a Systems Analyst to lead hands-on functional improvements of their ERP system, especially in the finance and accounting modules.

Having gone live with the core BC modules, this organization is looking to enter phase two of the rollout and enhance many of the other system features, both in analytics and production workflows.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a forward thinking company with private equity backing that is making a heavy investment into their technology infrastructure. You will be working with the latest in Microsoft ERP and collaborating with the executive team in identifying paths for improvement within the system and then implementing those changes.

Responsibilities Include:

* Act as the ERP Lead for phase two of the Business Central implementation, and manage other associated integration and upgrade projects
* Application support for Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and third-party ISV applications
* First point of contact for all incoming support requests via phone, email and customer portal using case management system and remote assistance tools.
* Work with stakeholders to define, triage and investigate system questions and/or issues.
* Apply both technical skills and business process knowledge to answer questions and/or solve issues.
* Coordinate escalation of issues, collaborating closely with a development team from a Microsoft Partner
* Document resolutions and develop SOPs for maximizing system performance
* Assist in testing of customizations, products, and upgrades.

What You'll Need:

* Expertise with Dynamics 365 Business Central, either on-prem or in the cloud
* Business Central implementation highly preferred
* Dynamics NAV (RTC or Classic) is a plus
* Deep understanding of financial and operations processes allowing for the ability to coordinate with leadership in these respective departments
* Ability to work closely with line-level personnel on shop floor support issues and problem solving
* Excellent communication skills
* Manufacturing experience - especially in pharmaceutical, consumer products, or food & bev space - is preferred
* Experience with Power BI or with SQL queries is desired
