    This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Oracle professional with deep expertise in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, and hands-on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence (EBS).



    The successful candidate will play a key role in both implementation and support, guiding projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You'll act as a trusted advisor - translating complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels, while ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead and deliver Oracle EBS HCM projects with a focus on UK Payroll and Absence modules.
    * Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues within agreed SLAs.
