    Job description

    Manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and applications, implementing configuration changes and providing support and training to users, including company executives. Play a key role in adapting the system to evolving business needs under the supervision of the Director, Business Solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    * Daily maintenance and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related systems.
    * Ensure the integrity of critical data, handling tasks such as removing/merging duplicate records.
    * Update user lists, security profiles, and access rights.
    * Implement reports and dashboards and fulfill enhancement requests.
    * Assist in integrating CRM with other business systems and applications.
    * Troubleshoot and resolve user issues on a daily basis, working directly with users.
    * Test enhancements and bug fixes, coordinating testing and making necessary changes.
    * Collaborate with Microsoft Dynamics development partner for new CRM functionality.
    * Develop documentation and training materials, conducting sessions for end users.
    * Act as a support resource for users post-training.
    * Support marketing list creation and event planning using Click Dimensions.
    * Become an expert and administrator for existing reports and dashboards, collaborating with users and management on new ones.
    * Potentially support Microsoft SharePoint and other applications over time.

    Requirements:

    * 3+ years of experience administering a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
    * Strong oral, written, and customer relationship skills.
    * Excellent interpersonal skills, relating to a diverse range of users, including senior management.
    * Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    * Proactive mindset, contributing ideas for improvements and problem-solving.
    * Positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges, learn, and grow.
    * Two-year or four-year college degree strongly preferred.

They are in need of a Dynamics AX/ D365 Finance and Operations Developer who has worked in a consulting environment with Dynamics AX or D365 F&O implementation and customization experience.

    Knowledge of the AX or D365 F&O development architecture is required with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the manufacturing components of the product.

    Your New Role:

    * Provide Dynamics end user support to technical and non-technical users

    What You'll Need:
    * Minimum of 5 years of prior Dynamics AX or D365 F&O experience in a technical consulting role (preferably with an industry leading Microsoft Partner)
    * Strong written and oral communication skills
    * X++ development experience in AX 2009, AX 2012, and D365 Finance & Operations
    * Expertise with SQL, including TSQL and SSRS
    * Azure Dev Ops / Life Cycle Services
    * Microsoft Certifications preferred
