    I'm looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer, with strong Power BI skills in particular, to join a global organisation in their Cork office - this is a hybrid role, and will require you to be in the office 2 days per week to collaborate with your team and the wider business.

    You will be joining their Data & Analytics team in the midst of a digital transformation as they look to revolutionise their data set-up, with plans to start utilising Microsoft Fabric on the horizon. They are currently working across a mix of on-premises and Azure-based solutions, so any prior experience working in a cloud environment would be highly beneficial.

    This is an end-to-end development role, with a slightly stronger focus on the delivery of Power BI reports for one of their specific geographical markets, where you will create intuitive, interactive and insightful visualisations to enable data-driven decision making. In doing so, you'll also act as a Power BI administrator, overseeing the configuration, management and maintenance of these reports, and troubleshoot any helpdesk tickets related to these.

    To support the delivery of these Power BI solutions, you will also need strong back-end SQL skills to troubleshoot issues and support the ongoing development of the wider data environment, experience working with Analysis Services Tabular Cubes for optimal data analysis, and SSIS for data integration.

    As a Senior within the team, you will be very business-facing, and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, promoting best practices, and proactively seeking out opportunities for improvement.

    A well known food and beverages organisation based in Cork are looking to recruit a Senior BI Developer to join their growing Data Analytics team as they move through an exciting period of their brand new data strategy.

    * Coach the wider team on data best practice.

    To be a good fit for this role you should have the following skills:

    * Strong experience with Power BI and DAX
    * Strong experience with SQL Server plus T-SQL.
    * Good experience across the full MS BI Stack.
    * Experience working with cloud technology.
    * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
