IT Support Analyst
Doncaster, (Onsite)

Our client is looking for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join their growing, global business, providing the opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key part in maintaining critical systems, supporting users across various sites and contributing to continuous improvement within a collaborative IT team.



Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware.
* Manage user accounts, permissions and security controls while maintaining accurate documentation and support records.
* Support infrastructure, mobile devices and multi-site networking, including assisting with system upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
* Deliver user training, create support materials and provide guidance on new technologies and ERP functionality (including Dynamics 365 Business Central).

Skills & Experience

* Hands-on experience in a customer focused IT support role covering 1st/2nd line responsibilities
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic networking principles.
* Ability to troubleshoot effectively, communicate clearly, and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, contribute to continuous improvement, support ERP systems such as Business Central.

IT Support Technician

Up to £35k
Commuitable to Doncaster (On-site)

A market leading organisation based near Doncaster is looking for an IT Support Technician to join the team on a full time basis. This role suits someone with solid first line and second line experience who enjoys a blend of user support and hands on infrastructure work in a fast paced environment.

What you will be doing
* Delivering first line and second line support across the business
* Handling user issues across hardware software networks and general IT queries
* Supporting core infrastructure including servers networks and Office apps
* Troubleshooting Windows environments and keeping operations running smoothly
* Working closely with the wider tech team to resolve more complex issues

What we are looking for
* Strong background in first line and second line support
* Good understanding of infrastructure networking and Windows environments
* Confident communicator who can support users at all levels
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is desirable but not essential
* Comfortable commuting to the Doncaster area and being on site five days per week
