We have a few openings for AX/D365 developers to work across different offices! This position will be fully remote and candidates must reside within the US. No sponsorship is available at this time.

Essential Functions

* Adherence to Company policies is essential for all employees.
* Develop customizations and enhancements as well as provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) and AX.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical errors, data, and performance issues.
* Develop solutions that adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
* Champion high-quality testing, documentation, and code management practices.
* Collaborate and share knowledge with other Applications team members as well as cross-functionally.

Experience and Education Requirements

* 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 in Dynamics AX and one year in D365 F&O.
* Strong knowledge of X++ and Visual Studio.
* Knowledge and experience with ERP software and business processes in Finance, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of SQL and relational database structures.
* Experience working in a public accounting firm or with manufacturing is a plus!
* Experience working with clients or multiple ERP systems highly preferred.

This position sits within the Change division of the business and will be focused on leading adoption of Microsoft 365 for customers. The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate experience in Change Management and will come with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, particularly from the perspective of the value it adds for businesses.



Candidates will be expected to own and deliver to customers expectations at appropriate quality levels and in a timely manner.



Any experience working in roles involving the migration to M365, or onboarding/implementation of M365 would be advantageous, and are highly desired. With the recent drive in usage of, and demand for, Microsoft Teams, any involvement in prior roles with the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Teams would be advantageous.



Experience working in a consultancy previously is not a must, as this is a role that offers a great opportunity to continue to grow in your career.



A track record of delivering strategies for change management with a focus on people is highly sought after.



Candidates in this role can expect to deal with a broad audience from businesses, all the way up to C-Level.



Due to the nature of the work, candidates are ideally going to be located in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Dynamics CRM/D365 Application/Technical Architect - Remote

This end user out of the East Coast is looking for an Applications/Technical Architect. This company has a great vision for the future and joining their team is the chance of a lifetime. Requirements:

� Analyzes and evaluates business problems and user requirements to design application solutions leveraging the D365/Xrm platform, Azure components, and other integration-related toolsets (SSIS, WebServices).

� Stays connected and familiar with D365 and Azure platform best practices and standards

� Follows process and project methodology, ensuring proper implementation and adoption

� Collaborates and supports the delivery teams, participating in an agile development process within IT. This includes areas such as solution development, application infrastructure services, quality assurance, PMO, core infrastructure teams, offshore test/development teams.

� Accounts for testability (including automated testing, unit testing and user acceptance testing) in solution designs.

� Accounts for operational readiness (including supportability, diagnostics, performance metrics and failure recovery) in solution designs

� Covers application platform aspects of data security, licensing, storage/resource usage.

� Assist business leaders with change management and user adoption to effectively use tools and systems

� Assist with planning for and adoption of Microsoft's major and minor releases to maximize the use of D365 and the Azure platform



Qualifications:

� 5-15 years related work experience

� At least 3 years' experience with design and configuration of MS Dynamics 365

� Demonstrated capabilities to convey design concepts in various forms (visual diagrams, narrative descriptions, verbal presentation)

� Deep development experience within the D365 technology stack:

� D365 Workflow / Flow / PowerAutomate, Javascript, C#.net plugins / console apps, SQL Server / SSIS

� Experience with Azure components:

� Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus

The team is seeking experienced professionals who can leverage solution architecture expertise to define strategic solutions for clients. The architect with map solution direction using D365 and ancillary products to achieve a solution that meets the client's business needs.
