    New End user role - D365 F&O Suppport Consultant



    6-12 Month Fixed-Term or Contract Opportunity

    Tasks:

    * Deliver first-line support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
    * Diagnose and resolve system, data, and configuration issues, escalating complex matters to relevant teams or vendors when required.
    * Manage user access, security roles, workflows, and scheduled jobs in accordance with established governance and operational procedures.
    * Partner with Business Systems Analysts to support testing, release validation, and ongoing system enhancement initiatives.



    Main requirements:

    * Proven experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects.
    * Minimum 3 years of experience as a (Support) Consultant, with strong exposure to Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
    * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess current processes, analyze data and key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    * Excellent communication skills and expertise in managing organizational change effectively.

    Job Title: Scrum Master / PMO / Junior Project Manager (6-Month Contract)

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
    * Track task completion, monitor team progress, and ensure commitments are met.

    We are partnering with a large Australian end user organisation undergoing a major enterprise data platform transformation. As part of this program, they are hiring two senior data and analytics professionals to support the delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics across the business.

    These roles sit within an established data and BI function and will work closely with internal SMEs, data engineering teams, governance leads, and external partners. Both positions are Melbourne based with a hybrid working arrangement.



    Role 1 Senior Power BI Specialist BI Visualisation

    This role is focused on Power BI visualisation, dashboard design, and stakeholder engagement. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise grade dashboards that consolidate multiple reports into a clear and actionable view for senior stakeholders.

    Key responsibilities

    *

    Design and build high quality Power BI dashboards and reports
    *

    Lead requirements gathering workshops with business SMEs
    *

    Translate complex data into clear, intuitive visual insights
    *

    Partner with data engineers to ensure well modelled and governed datasets
    *

    Contribute to the delivery of critical enterprise reporting initiatives

    Key skills and experience

    *

    Strong Power BI expertise including DAX and data modelling
    *

    Proven experience designing dashboards for senior stakeholders

    Role 2 Senior BI Data Engineer Microsoft Fabric

    This role is focused on data engineering and modern data platforms, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. You will design and maintain data pipelines and curated datasets that underpin enterprise reporting and analytics.

    Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric

    Develop curated datasets and semantic models for enterprise reporting

    Ensure data quality, performance, and accessibility within the data warehouse
