    * Perform proactive maintenance on all infrastructure devices to ensure all devices are secure, up-to-date and patched
    * Provide 2nd Line IT Support to resolve IT tickets pro-actively to meet SLA's

    Skills required

    * 2nd Line experience
    * Office 365 support
    * Windows Server-
    * Exchange admin
    * Onboarding users
    * Ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
