    Requirements:

    * Strong background in pre-sales

    * Additionally, any experience in MDM is highly advantageous
    * Proven track record of spearheading technical discussions during discovery calls, leading impactful product demonstrations, and structuring tailored PoCs that showcase solution benefits in order to secure a technical win.
    * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex solutions to C-level stakeholders.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contractor to lead the migration of customer data and applications from our existing CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) platform to a more agile solution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in decommissioning a current platform and then migrating into a more suitable solution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1 Migrate customer data and applications from existing CIAM platform to a more agile platform.
    2 Decommission SAP CDC platform.
    3 Establish a comprehensive single CIAM platform to enable universal and omni-channel access to all services.
    4 Supporting multiple login methods, including leveraging social, mobile OTP-based, and self-service capabilities.
    5 Optimise customer identification, profiling, and analytics capabilities to enhance the customer experience and loyalty program.
    6 Accelerate and automate the provision of new services, service uplifts, and other requests to improve the customer experience, reduce sales abandonment, and accelerate new revenue streams.

    Skills and Experience:

    * Extensive experience in CIAM platform migration projects, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
    * Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools related to CIAM platforms.
    * Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

    A fashion retailer are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to lead on the development of a brand-new data platform on Azure, whilst managing a small Data Engineering team.

    Given they are relatively early-on in their data journey, this is a really unique opportunity to make a real impact on their technical roadmap, and help introduce them to cutting-edge Azure technologies.

    This is a hybrid role, and will require you to come into their office outside of Sunderland 2-3 days per week.

    Senior Power BI Developer - Essex/Remote - £65-77k

    In this role you will be joining a data team of around 6 heads within a well established IT team of 30 members of staff who share a fantastic team culture. The organisation that you will be joining has a real focus on utilising data analytics to make informed business decisions. As such, this is an extremely important hire.

    In this role your primary responsibility will be to own Power BI Data visualisation. This is an end-to-end role where you will work as an internal consultant to gather requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders, access and model the required data, build extensive and interactive Power BI dashboards, and then work with stakeholders to derive insights which recommend commercial decisions. This is a highly technical role which also has a strong commercial focus and is extremely people-facing. You will work with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including C-suite, and be essential in assisting the organisation in their data journey.

    The longer-term vision for this role is to utilise Data Science, Machine Learning and AI technologies and concepts to allow for further data-driven decision making.

    To be a good fit for this role you should have the following skills:

    * Strong Power BI Data Visualisation skills - building extensive reports and dashboards

    * Very experienced in data modelling
    * Excellent communication skills

    A well-established organisation based in Surrey are looking for a BI & Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a technical team of Developers, who are focused on building end-to-end solutions for various business teams, both on-premise and on Azure using a modern data platform architecture.

    This is a permanent role with hybrid working arrangements, where you'll likely be required to come into their Epsom office around 1-2 days per week on average.

    As a manager, you will responsible for coaching and leading a cross-functional team, and will be supported in taking on the role of Scrum Master - it's important to note that you don't necessarily need to have been a Scrum Master before, as long as you are happy to step into this role.

    You will act as a role model in demonstrating data leadership, agile principles and engineering excellence.
