    Overview

    We're looking for a highly skilled data professional to design and develop usage analytics solutions across Microsoft Viva modules-Connections, Engage, Insights, Learning, Goals, and Topics.     Key Responsibilities

    * Design and implement analytics solutions to track usage across all Microsoft Viva modules.
    * Integrate data from Microsoft Graph, Viva Insights, and Microsoft 365 usage reports.
    * Build interactive dashboards in Power BI for executive and functional reporting.
    * Automate data extraction and transformation using Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
    * Define key metrics and KPIs for employee engagement, learning, productivity, and goal alignment.

    Required Skills & Experience
