CRM Project Manager - Remote (UK) - c£75K



A growing Microsoft Partner is looking to appoint an experienced CRM Project Manager to join its expanding CRM practice, taking ownership of client projects from initiation through to successful delivery and transition into support.



This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background delivering CRM, ERP or business application projects within a consultancy, systems integrator or technology environment. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, developers, architects and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.



Key Responsibilities

* Take ownership of CRM projects from initiation through to delivery, go-live and transition into support
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
* Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate requirements into clear project plans and deliverables
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams including consultants, developers, architects and business analysts
* Act as the primary project contact for clients and senior stakeholders
* Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering groups and regular project updates
* Manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
* Monitor project progress against agreed milestones, budgets and deliverables



Skills & Experience

* Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM, ERP or business application projects
* 5+ years' experience within a client-facing consultancy or technology environment
* Strong understanding of CRM implementation lifecycles and project delivery methodologies
* Experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders across client environments
* Strong project planning, organisation and communication skills
* Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies
* Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and client teams
* Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies

Key Responsibilities
