Job title: Copilot Studio Specialist

Location; Office locations across the UK (hybrid / remote)

Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonuses



About the role / company:

This is a great opportunity for a specialist in Copilot to join the AI practice of this leading consultancy.

As a Copilot Studio specialist, you will contribute to the build, implementation, testing and maintenance of Copilot studio solutions, as well as building and integrating with the wider Power Platform / Dynamics 365 technologies.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of low code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Design both low and pro code extensions of Copilot and share best practices.
* Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Be part of the designing solutions and implement configurations for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, extending the capabilities where needed through customisation
* Build solutions as part of an agile team using declarative tools, backed by Microsoft and using our own technical accelerators.
* Provide technical leadership, and mentorship to more junior members of the team



Experience:

* Good understanding of the configuration of agents and agent flows via Copilot, understanding the underlying technology, prompts and agents.
* An understanding of best practices and use cases for Copilot and AI.
* Hands on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams as part of implementing Power Platform solutions.
* Hands on experience in the setup of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally using Azure DevOps
* An understanding of the broader Microsoft technology stack and an ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions.
* Microsoft certifications in relevant areas are a plus.

Job Title: Data Services Manager

An established financial services organisation is seeking a Data Services Manager to play a key leadership role within its Data Services team. Reporting to, and deputising for, the Senior Data Services Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Data Engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable data solutions that support the organisation's ambitious data strategy.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing innovative data products that enhance customer experience, drive strategic goals, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business. Acting as a technical mentor and leader, they will provide guidance in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics while championing data governance, data quality, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership for the Data Engineering and Business Intelligence function across the full data services lifecycle.
*

Act as deputy to the Senior Data Services Manager and serve as an escalation point for the function.
*

Mentor and coach Data Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and craftsmanship.
*

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to deliver complex data and reporting solutions.
*

Promote and oversee governance, data quality, and compliance standards.
*

Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, automation, and modern engineering practices.
*

Influence architectural and technology decisions as a member of the Technical Design Authority.
*

Support resource planning, project prioritisation, and the delivery of roadmaps in collaboration with PMO and Change functions.

Experience and Skills Required:

*

Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing data teams.
*

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
*

In-depth knowledge of the mortgage lifecycle (Originations, Servicing, Securitisation) is highly desirable.
*

Extensive experience in data governance, quality, compliance, and risk management.
*

Expertise with Microsoft Data Platform technologies, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (ADF, Data Lake, Databricks).
*

Strong knowledge of dimensional modelling and scalable reporting frameworks.
*

Experience designing hybrid data solutions spanning on-premise and cloud.
*

Proficiency with DataOps/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC (Bicep/Terraform).
