Financial Systems Implementer - D365 BC - NYC/Remote - $120k

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Financial Systems Implementer to join our client's IT team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to support a growing consumer products distribution business. The primary focus of this Functional Analyst position will be for training, SOP creation, business process improvement, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deliver training programs for end users, focusing on financial and operational modules.
* Create user documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides tailored to Finance and Operations.
* Provide helpdesk support and training reinforcement to users before and after go-lives.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on accounting-related ERP functionality (GL, AR/AP, Bank Recs, Fixed Assets, etc.).
* Ensure system processes comply with GAAP and internal controls.
* Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and reporting directly within Business Central.
* Analyze and improve business and accounting workflows.
* Recommend and implement ERP-based automation solutions.
* Translate business and finance requirements into functional ERP configurations.
* Participate in all phases of ERP projects, leading training and support during go-live.
* Work cross-functionally and act as liaison between end users and technical teams.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a functional consultant / business analyst capacity
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Strong understanding of accounting/finance processes with the ability to interface with Controllers, CFOs, FP&A, etc.
* Must have experience using work flow tools such as Tango, Clicklearn, Scribe, or Visio
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Business Systems Lead - NAV/BC - NYC (Hybrid) - $125k+Bonus

What You'll Do

* Provide day-to-day support for ERP, EDI, demand/supply planning tools, and reporting platforms.
* Serve as the first line of support and coordinate with external IT vendors.
* Build custom solutions across Business Central, SharePoint, and Power BI.
* Lead or participate in tech and application implementation projects.
* Create and manage system test plans and testing execution.
* Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, product development, operations, and finance.
* Coordinate with our third-party desktop and network support provider.
* Contribute to requirements, specifications, and RFPs.

What You Bring

* 5+ years in business analysis, application development, data architecture, or software implementation.
* Strong experience with ERP systems-Business Central preferred.
* Skills with Power BI, SharePoint, and ideally EDI data mapping.
* Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams and implementation projects.
* Process-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
* Strong work ethic with a calm, get-it-done attitude.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a good sense of humor.

D365 Business Central Analyst - New York City (Hybrid) - $125k

Our client is in the consumer packaged goods space that is in need of a Functional Analyst to support ERP/IT systems within an international operation.

Following a recent Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, they are in need of an in-house Systems Analyst who can take ownership of their ERP system, along with other applications, and identify paths for improvement.

Your New Role:

* Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft ERP
* Design and develop reports, simple pages, and simple customizations for the ERP system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
* Troubleshoot system errors
* Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal ERP users and Production floor ERP users.
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with WMS systems such as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and E-Ship
* Develop reports, analytics and dashboards using JET Analytics, JET Reports, and Power BI.
* Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business
* Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.
* Coordinate Application and Process Change management relating to business applications.

What You'll Need:

* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
* Manufacturing and warehousing process knowledge
* NAV to BC upgrade experience preferred, not required
* Must have worked on EDI implementation and integration projects, especially acting as a company's inhouse EDI specialist for setup, mapping, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to interface well with users to solve their short and long-term problems
* Experience documenting current business processes and identify areas of improvement
* Experience with Jet Reports, SQL Server, or Power BI
