As a System Engineer, you are involved in installing and configuring their software products. Your analytical thinking skills quickly identify what needs to be done and you build a bridge between their products and the user (customer). Role Responsibilities:




  • Installing and configuring Dimasys/K8/GenisisWorld in accordance with agreements




  • Delivering installation orders within the set standards




  • Ensuring correct follow-up of issues




  • Supporting customers




  • Advising customers on infrastructure and system requirements.




Skills expected:




  • In possession of a driver's license;




  • Knowledge of and experience with Progress, Linux, Oracle and/or MS SQL;




  • Experience with the specific aspects of automation and network/system management;




  • Good knowledge of cloud and hardware configurations within the SME;




  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (server and desktop versions) is a plus




  • Knowledge of software products or ERP systems in the wholesale industry is a plus




  • In addition to the Dutch language, a good command of the English and French language in word and writing is a plus






  • Good communication and listening skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude
